Why Red Truck?
We started serving pizza made in our wood fired oven built on the back of a 1959 Chevy. We still have the truck and use it occasionally. Although it is much less windy inside the pizza shop.
Dine In or Take Out
We have an indoor dining area with games available. Come in and have a craft beer, wine, or seltzer while you wait.

Limited Dough
We make all of our dough ahead of time and the proofing process and rising process take time. To ensure the quality stays high, we have a limited amount of dough we can sell each day. Feel free to place your order ahead of time to pick up later the same day.
Our Dough
Our dough is made using flour imported from Italy that is gluten-reduced and non-GMO. In addition, we do have a 10" gluten free crust available for $2 more. Please let us know if you have an allergy when placing your order. We are not a gluten free facility, but will do our best to avoid cross contamination.
