Salida Brewing Company offers a delicious selection of craft beer, brewed by Colorado's finest, in the majestic Arkansas River Valley. Our Tap Room is located inside Boathouse Cantina and features a diverse food menu along with a full bar.

Salida Brewing Company (SBC for short) was founded in 2022 right along the banks of the Arkansas River.  SBC is a collaborative effort between the Riverside restaurants and the expert brewers at Elevation Beer Company. Using the best and most unique hops, malt, and other ingredients we strive to create a beer that is super sessionable and highly crushable.  We have worked long hours to bring you some of the best-tasting quality beers in Colorado.  We love Salida, the mountains that surround our valley, and the people that live here.  These cornerstone elements help inform every step that the company takes. While our beer tastes great everywhere, we truly recommend drinking it at 7,083’ - the official elevation of Salida.
